🎁 1. Digital Product Nature

ReelRiwaaz specializes in digital products only, including:

  • Festival Reel Bundles (Hindi / English / Marathi)
  • Digital Pooja Kits (Grah Pravesh, Karwa Chauth, Satyanarayan, etc.)
  • Digital Invitation Cards (Wedding, Birthday, Inauguration, etc.)

All items are instantly delivered via email, Canva access link, or Google Drive – no physical items are shipped.

  • All purchases include a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or small-business use.
  • Products must not be resold, redistributed, or given away in any form unless explicitly allowed under our “ReelRiwaaz Reseller Pack”.
  • Any commercial resale requires prior written consent from ReelRiwaaz.

🚫 3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once access is granted or the file is downloaded.

Please ensure you review the product description, preview images, and compatibility before purchasing.

🧠 4. Intellectual Property

All content, including designs, texts, graphics, reels, templates, and audio, are the intellectual property of ReelRiwaaz. Unauthorized copying, modifying, or distributing is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

  • Instant Canva access link or Google Drive download link
  • Sometimes also delivered via email or WhatsApp (if opted)

If you do not receive the files within 30 minutes, kindly contact us at support@reelriwaaz.com with your order ID.

πŸ’³ 6. Pricing & Payments (ReelRiwaaz – Global Version)

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (β‚Ή) by default. For international buyers, equivalent pricing in USD ($), GBP (Β£), or AED (Ψ―.Ψ₯) may be shown on third-party platforms or invoices.
  • We accept secure payments through:
    • UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking via Razorpay (India only)
    • PayPal for international orders
    • Fiverr for global freelancing-based transactions
  • All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not store your card or bank information.
  • International currency conversion fees (if any) are borne by the customer.
  • For international buyers, we recommend using our verified Fiverr Gig or PayPal for smooth, trusted global purchases.
